We provide a vartiety of services to prevent and treat many injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. Our facility houses one of the few Aquatic Therapy treadmills in the valley. This underwater treadmill is used for Hydrotherapy that is used in conjunction with rehabilitation and conditioning. Hydrotherapy is at the forefront of advanced veterinary medicine; it combines endurance, strength, and thermal therapy to help alleviate joint discomfort and muscle pain, it also accelerates the rate of recovery after an injury and provides positive health conditioning. The underwater threadmill is equipted with multiple setting options which allows our staff to customize each therapy session to meet the individual and changing needs of our patients. Several options include an adjustable water depth, a variety of treadmill speeds and resistance, and an adjustable water temperature. Endurance training using Hydrotherapy can improve circulation and cardiovascular health, while strength training improves overall muscle tone and "core" strenth.
